Neglect offers leveraged trading for select Solana assets using LavaOS—a decentralized, non-custodial margin infrastructure. By integrating directly with LavaOS margin APIs, we enable users to open and manage on-chain margin spot long positions without relying on centralized custodians or orderbooks. Lending and staking features of LavaOS are not exposed through the Neglect interface. All margin logic, including loan-to-value calculations, interest, and liquidations, is enforced by LavaOS smart contracts without modification or intervention by Neglect. The Platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or utility of any content. Any reliance placed on such content is at your own risk. 3. **ELIGIBILITY** To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Fees charged by Neglect apply solely to interface-level access and do **not** constitute brokerage, margin, or custody services. Trading via third-party protocols may involve additional risks and costs **outside of Neglect’s control**. 6. **USE OF THE SITE** You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only. You shall not: * Violate any applicable law or regulation. * Use bots or automated tools without consent. * Disrupt or degrade the Site’s functionality or data integrity. We reserve the right to restrict or block access to features or services based on user location.
