LavaOS We share your wallet address, transaction details (trade size, collateral parameters, etc.), and position status with LavaOS so they can execute, monitor, and, if necessary, liquidate your margin positions. LavaOS is bound by the same confidentiality and security obligations as our other partners.
Law Enforcement If required by law, we will disclose your data to government or regulatory authorities.
With Your Consent We may share your Personal Information with other parties if you ask us to do so.

To support leveraged trading, we exchange on-chain and off-chain transaction parameters with LavaOS via secure API calls. We do not store your private keys or secret credentials—only the data needed to open, adjust, or close your margin positions.
